The terms
- Vendor
- Engaged as Mzed Studio Ltd: UK-registered, VAT-able invoicing, formal contract. Fits standard procurement workflows.
- Payment
- 30–50% upfront, the rest split across milestones. Scale-up invoiced weekly. UK in GBP, everyone else in USD.
- Ownership
- Code, infra, and accounts are yours from day one.
- Refunds
- If we don't agree on scope after the discovery call, no charge. No retainers held.
