Mzed Studio Ltd is a UK-registered company operated by Raymond Asogwa. We're the data controller for any personal data you share with us through this site.

Reach us at raymond@mzed.studio for anything privacy-related — access requests, corrections, deletion, the lot.

When you submit the lead form, we collect:

• Your name and email (required)
• Your company and website (optional)
• Project type, budget range, and your brief

When you book a call through Cal.com, we receive your name, email, scheduled time, timezone, and any notes you add. Cal.com may also store its own cookies in your browser to manage the booking flow.

We also temporarily process your IP address to rate-limit form submissions and block abuse.

Lawful basis: legitimate interest (responding to enquiries and running a small consultancy) and, once you become a client, contract performance.

We don't use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making. We don't sell it. We don't share it with anyone outside the processors listed below.

We use a small set of third-party processors to run the site. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Vercel — hosting and request logs (US, EU regions)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Cal.com — booking and scheduling
• Upstash — rate-limit storage.

Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the processors' standard contractual clauses and adequacy decisions.

Lead form submissions are kept in our inbox for as long as the conversation is active and for up to 24 months after, then deleted. Active client data is kept for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by UK tax and accounting law (currently 6 years for invoices).

IP addresses used for rate limiting expire automatically within the sliding window.

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:

• Show you what we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete it
• Restrict or object to how we use it
• Send it to you in a portable format

Email raymond@mzed.studio and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not happy with our response, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We don't use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The booking embed (Cal.com) may set first-party cookies on its own domain to manage the calendar widget — these are functional, not for tracking.

We'll update this page if our processors or practices change materially, and bump the date at the top. For significant changes that affect you, we'll reach out directly.
